Our client is seeking an accomplished Electrical Systems Engineer to join their highly collaborative and fully remote engineering team. This position is integral to designing, integrating, and validating the electrical systems that form the backbone of our client's innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect complex electrical systems, defining component specifications and integration strategies.
- Develop system-level requirements, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and technical objectives.
- Perform system integration testing and validation, identifying and resolving any cross-system issues.
- Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and firmware engineers in a virtual setting to ensure seamless system functionality.
- Create comprehensive system documentation, including block diagrams, interface control documents, and test plans.
- Analyze system performance and identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in electrical systems design and integration.
- Proven experience with system architecture, requirements definition, and V&V processes.
- Strong understanding of power distribution, control systems, and communication protocols.
- Familiarity with simulation tools and system modeling techniques is beneficial.
