About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Electrical Systems Engineer to join their team in Southampton . This role focuses on the integration, testing, and optimization of electrical systems across various applications. You will play a key part in ensuring the functionality, reliability, and safety of our clients' electrical products and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

• Integrate and install electrical systems, ensuring seamless operation with other project components.
• Perform comprehensive testing and diagnostic procedures on electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical faults and performance issues.
• Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation, including test reports and user manuals.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to provide feedback on system performance and reliability.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations in Southampton .

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in electrical systems integration, testing, or maintenance.

• Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial control systems is a plus.
