We are recruiting for an Electrical Team Leader to join a growing manufacturing business in Bromsgrove. This is a hands-on leadership role, focused on driving engineering performance, reducing downtime, and supporting a team of maintenance engineers across site.
Main Duties
- Lead and support a team of maintenance engineers
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Carry out electrical fault finding on production equipment
- Support continuous improvement and reliability projects
- Work closely with production to maximise uptime
- Ensure all maintenance is completed safely and efficiently
The Ideal Candidate
- Electrically qualified with previous manufacturing experience
- Strong fault-finding skills on industrial machinery
- PLC fault-finding experience
- Previous Team Leader, Supervisor or Senior Engineer experience
- Able to work in a fast-pace production environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
