The Role: Coaching the Next Generation
You will be involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring young learners undertaking crucial Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Maintenance qualifications
- Delivery: Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of electrical maintenance qualifications.
- Mentorship: Provide hands‑on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre.
- Focus: Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.
- Environment: Work in a rewarding, self‑motivated team environment that values a 'hands‑on approach.'
Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification)
We are looking for proven occupational experience in the field of Electrical Maintenance / Engineering:
- Occupational Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience within Electrical Engineering or Electrical Industrial Maintenance (within a production / manufacturing / plant environment)
- Technical Qualification: Mandatory Level 3 Electrical related qualification .
- Soft Skills: Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
- Compliance: This position is subject to Enhanced DBS clearance .
