Jenson Recruitment are recruiting for a Qualified Electrician to join a growing electrical services team working across a variety of sites.

This is a hands-on role covering temporary and permanent electrical systems, with responsibility for installation, maintenance, testing and fault finding. If you're an experienced electrician who enjoys varied work and wants to be part of an expanding team, this could be a great opportunity.

The role

• Install, maintain, test and repair electrical systems and equipment

• Install and maintain temporary electrical supplies on construction sites

• Set up, maintain and dismantle temporary welfare and utility supplies

• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults

• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams

• Carry out routine maintenance and testing

• Ensure all work meets current electrical regulations and safety standards

• Maintain accurate records of work and materials

• Work alongside other trades and support junior staff/apprentices where required

• Fully qualified Level 3 Electrician

• 18th Edition BS7671

• 2391 Testing & Inspection preferred

• Strong electrical installation and maintenance experience

• Confident with fault finding and electrical testing

• Able to read technical drawings and schematics

• Good understanding of electrical regulations and safe working practices

• Flexible and adaptable approach to changing client requirements

• Basic plumbing knowledge would be advantageous

• Full UK driving licence essential
