Job Description
Electrician
Responsibilities
* Carry out 1st and 2nd fix electrical installations on student accommodation refurbishment project.
* Install containment, cabling, wiring systems, lighting, power and accessories in accordance with drawings and specifications.
* Complete works safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
* Maintain accurate records of completed works, testing and inspections.
* Coordinate with other trades and follow all site health and safety procedures.
Experience & Qualifications
* Valid CSCS or JIB card.
* Previous experience as an Electrician, ideally within student accommodation refurbishment and commercial installations.
* Strong 1st and 2nd fix installation experience.
* Ability to work as part of a team and follow project specifications.
* Parking available on site
