We are currently looking for an experienced Electrician to join a social housing maintenance team, carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance across residential properties and communal areas throughout London.

The Role

Carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance across social housing properties Working within occupied residential properties and communal areas Completing responsive electrical repairs and fault finding Carrying out testing, repairs and minor electrical installations Diagnosing electrical faults and completing remedial works Replacing sockets, switches, lights and other electrical components Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard Reporting any additional electrical or property maintenance issues identified Maintaining professional standards when working around residents Completing relevant paperwork and reporting on works carried outREQUIREMENTS: Qualified and experienced Electrician NICEIC Registered – essential Previous experience working within social housing or residential properties Own tools – essential Own vehicle – essential due to travelling between properties Good understanding of electrical health and safety requirements Able to carry out fault finding and responsive repairs Reliable, professional and customer-focused approach Able to work independently and manage a daily workload£30 per hour CIS 8am–5pm Finsbury head office – covering properties across London Own tools and vehicle essential NICEIC Registered – essential
