Annual Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 Location: Berkshire, North Hampshire Job Type: Full-timeJoin a leading housing association as an Electrician within their compliance services team. This role is crucial in providing quality, affordable homes and making a real difference in people's lives. You will be part of a dynamic team ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical services in our properties.

Day-to-day of the role:

Carry out routine testing and repairs of electrical equipment in customer homes as part of the Electrical Team. Perform responsive repairs and work within our planned teams according to work schedules, adhering to the Institute of Electrical Engineering (IEE) wiring regulations and standard procedures. Maintain a strong health and safety mindset, applying best practices. Estimate, requisition, and recommend the acquisition of materials and spares to ensure satisfactory repairs and maintenance. Utilize your skills to record and report on the status and condition of electrical services equipment through periodic inspection sheets and minor works/installation certificates.Required Skills & Qualifications:

Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the Residential/Housing sector. Qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant field. Must hold the 18th Edition (BS7671) and City & Guild 2391 Electrical Test/Inspect certifications. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations. Full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience.Benefits:
