Location: London & South East Salary: £43,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card

We are working with a leading Repairs & Maintenance Contractor in the Social Housing sector to recruit a skilled Electrician to join a newly created Support Team.

The team has been established to provide additional support across several high-priority contracts throughout London and the South East. As part of this team, you will work across different contracts and locations, providing electrical maintenance and support where required.

This is a varied role suited to an experienced Electrician who is comfortable working across different environments and adapting to changing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out reactive and planned electrical maintenance across residential and communal properties Provide electrical support across multiple contracts throughout London and the South East Respond to high-priority works and assist contracts where additional support is required Complete multiple jobs efficiently, safely and to a high standard Diagnose electrical faults and carry out appropriate remedial works Ensure all work complies with current electrical, health & safety and compliance requirements Provide a professional and respectful service to residents and clients Accurately update job details using PDA/job scheduling systems Work flexibly across different locations and contracts as required Participate in a call-out rota

Qualifications & Experience Required:

NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent) AM2 18th Edition Full UK manual driving licence Previous experience within social housing, repairs & maintenance or a similar environment is preferred Good knowledge of electrical regulations, health & safety and compliance Experience carrying out reactive and planned maintenance Comfortable working across multiple locations and adapting to different contracts Confident using PDA/job scheduling software
