Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to assemble, test, and troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems and components. The ideal candidate will have experience working with electrical wiring, mechanical assemblies, and technical documentation to produce high-quality products that meet engineering specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble electro-mechanical components, sub assemblies Must be able to work to engineering assembly drawings, schematics and work instructions Perform mechanical assembly using various hand tools such as spanners, screw drivers as well as electric power tools Use hand tools, power tools and precision measuring instruments such as Verniers, Micrometers and other measuring gauges Perform functional testing and basic troubleshooting of assembled units Identify and report defects, non conformities, or process improvement opportunities Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines Document assembly steps and complete required production records
