About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous Electronics Repair Technician to join their technical services department in Bradford . This hybrid role involves both hands-on repair work in the workshop and remote customer support for troubleshooting complex electronic issues. You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, repairing electronic components and devices, and ensuring that all repaired items meet rigorous quality standards before return to the client. This position is ideal for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for electronics, who can manage their time effectively between on-site technical tasks and remote communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of electronic devices and components.
• Perform soldering, component replacement, and circuit board repairs.
• Conduct functional testing and quality control checks on repaired equipment.
• Provide remote technical assistance and guidance to customers experiencing electronic issues.
• Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and repair components.
• Document all repair processes, findings, and customer interactions thoroughly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electronics Repair Technician or similar role.
• Strong understanding of electronic principles and circuit analysis.
• Proficiency with soldering equipment , multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other testing tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex electronic systems.
• Good communication skills for remote customer interaction.
• Relevant vocational training or qualifications in electronics repair.
