Electronics Technician

About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join their engineering and maintenance department in Cambridge . This role involves hands-on work with electronic systems, focusing on installation, testing, repair, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and test electronic components and systems according to specifications.

• Read and interpret electronic schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Document all repair work, testing procedures, and maintenance activities accurately.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electronics Technician or in a similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of electronic principles, components, and circuitry.
• Proficiency in using electronic testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant qualifications in electronics or a related field (e.g., HNC, NVQ).
