Elite Football Data Analyst for Player Recruitment

ICP Search is supporting a leading elite sports organisation by appointing a Data Analyst, Player Recruitment to strengthen its player recruitment function. The role will use data to support evidence-led decisions across the full player acquisition cycle, from target identification through to final decision support.

You will build analytical models to identify and evaluate players, combine diverse data sources, and produce clear reports and visualisations for sporting stakeholders.
