Elite PDP U18 Goalkeeper Coach

Brentford FC is seeking an U18 Goalkeeper Coach (PDP) to lead and deliver an elite goalkeeping programme within the Professional Development Phase. The role requires embedding the academy’s coaching methodology, curriculum and game model across training and matchdays, while aligning with interdisciplinary staff to ensure consistent standards and effective individual development.
