Elite Youth Performance Coach – Phase Development

Nottingham Forest is seeking an experienced Performance Lead within the Academy Sports Science and Medicine department. The role focuses on optimising athletic development for U13–U16 players with evidence-based programmes, data monitoring, and MDT collaboration to meet EPPP standards.

The successful candidate will work closely with nutrition, medical staff and coaches, delivering seminars and overseeing gym, rehab and pre-activation areas while driving injury prevention and player welfare
