Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns from conception to execution.

- Manage and segment email subscriber lists to ensure timely and relevant communication with different audience groups.
- Utilize email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to automate campaigns, track performance, and manage workflows.
- Analyze email campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, providing insights for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR) and best practices for deliverability and subscriber engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
- Proficiency with major email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills with a creative flair.
- Experience with audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
