Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test embedded software and firmware for microcontrollers and microprocessors.
- Integrate hardware and software components, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
- Develop drivers and middleware for various peripherals and communication interfaces.
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting of embedded systems using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and debuggers.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers on schematic design and PCB layout considerations.
- Write clear, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices for embedded development.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in embedded software development using C/C++.
- Strong understanding of microcontroller architectures and embedded operating systems (RTOS).
- Experience with hardware debugging tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with communication protocols like I2C, SPI, UART, and CAN.
- Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
