Embedded Youth Violence Hospital Programme

Brent Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to deliver an Embedded Youth Violence Hospital programme. This programme will provide 2 specialist case workers and 1 team leader within Northwick Park Hospital in Harrow to provide immediate intervention and long‑term support for young people (up to the age of 30) involved in gang‑related activity, knife crime, and serious youth violence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver immediate intervention to young people presenting at A&E with violence‑related injuries.
• Provide long‑term support for young people up to the age of 30 involved in gang‑related activity, knife crime, and serious youth violence.
• Coordinate and support a team of 2 specialist case workers and 1 team leader within the Northwick Park Hospital setting.
