Job Description
Kong Inc. is seeking an ADR Leader to build and lead the EMEA Account Development Representative team from our central London office. This hybrid role blends in-person collaboration 2–3 days a week with remote work.
You’ll shape SDR excellence, drive pipeline targets, and collaborate across GTM, Marketing, RevOps and Enablement. The role expects senior leadership with a track record in scaling outbound teams in tech/SaaS, plus fluency in English and French.
