EMEA Chief Compliance & Financial Crime Leader

Stripe is seeking a seasoned Chief Compliance Officer to lead regulatory compliance, financial crimes and enterprise risk across EMEA. This senior role reports to the Global Head of Compliance within FinCRO and is based in London or Dublin.

You will be the public face with regulators, banks and partners, shaping scalable AML/UK/EU programs, and guiding a distributed team to ensure compliance by design as Stripe grows in the region.
