EMEA FCC Monitoring & Testing Lead

Airwallex is seeking a Manager for FCC Monitoring & Testing in the EMEA region, based in London or Amsterdam. You will shape and scale a data-driven second-line assurance function, validating AML, sanctions, and KYC/KYB controls across production environments.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and regional leadership to drive remediation, governance, and a defensible compliance posture before regulators and banking partners.
