EMEA Forward Deployed Engineering Leader

Cursor is building a Forward Deployed Engineering team in the UK to close the gap between customer value and delivery. The RVP, Forward Deployed Engineering will lead a growing team across strategic enterprise accounts, own engagement scope, and drive delivery quality with close customer interaction.

This hands-on leadership role requires deep technical credibility, strong people management, and the ability to keep engagements scoped tight, delivered fast, and repeatable.
