EMEA HRBP: Strategic Partner for GTM Leaders

Klaviyo in London is seeking a Sr HR Business Partner for the EMEA region. You’ll own and execute the HRBP Playbook, partnering with UK, Ireland, France, Germany, and the wider EMEA, often supporting leaders from different locations.

You’ll coach leaders, advise on employment law across multiple jurisdictions, drive talent management, DEI, and analytics, and partner with GTM teams. Some travel and a hybrid work model (3 days in office) are required.
