EMEA Insights Director - Data Strategy

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Director of EMEA Insights to lead consumer research, market analysis, and data storytelling across the UK and Europe. You will oversee market intelligence, competitive insights, and audience segmentation to drive data-informed growth.

The role reports to the VP, Global Insights and requires collaboration with brand, digital, and marketing teams. London-based with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 from home).
