Job Description
Emerald is seeking a talented and proactive Legal Counsel – EMEA to serve as our primary in-house legal resource across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. This 100% remote role can be based in the United Kingdom or Germany, reporting to the Deputy General Counsel.
You will lead end-to-end commercial contracting review, oversee regional IP filings, ensure GDPR/EU regulatory compliance, and support investigations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable Emerald’s ambitious EMEA growth.
