Inizio Engage is seeking a Medical Affairs Operations Support fluent in German and English to join the UK-based EMEA team. You will coordinate contracts, payments, and onboarding of vendors, working with healthcare professionals and external partners to keep Medical Affairs projects moving.

You will partner with colleagues across Medical Affairs, Procurement, Legal and Compliance, ensuring activities align with SOPs and governance.
