EMEA Renewals Lead: Drive Growth & Retention

Mixpanel is seeking a Renewal Manager for EMEA to own the renewal process for a high-volume book of business, working with Customer Value Managers, Sales and Finance to protect recurring revenue and drive retention.

You will analyze data with Salesforce, dashboards and AI tools, negotiate standard renewals, escalate complex deals, and collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless renewal experience and accurate forecasts.
