EMEA Senior Employee Relations Leader (Hybrid)

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Manager for Employee Relations to lead ER across EMEA from our London HQ on a hybrid basis. You will partner with leaders, legal, and People partners to resolve complex employee matters, drive policy interpretation, and ensure compliance across multiple geographies.

You will oversee Works Council engagements in France, lead investigations, and develop proactive ER programs that reduce risk while fostering a fair, inclusive workplace.
