EMEA Strategic Biz Development Lead – Capital Equipment

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager for the EMEA region. The role is home-based with Europe coverage, requiring up to 50% travel and a focus on expanding the dry ice systems market into Food Processing, Pharma, and related sectors.

Salary is c£70,000–£75,000 with a bonus/OTE of £180,000 and a car allowance, plus pension, healthcare and 25 days’ holiday. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles and build strategic relationships across key accounts.
