Empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant for ASD & PMLD

Protocol Education Ltd. is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with ASD, ADHD and PMLD. You will work with teachers to help pupils learn, develop and stay emotionally well within a nurturing, inclusive environment.

The role involves supporting learning, personal care and mobility as needed, implementing IEPs and behaviour strategies, and collaborating with families and therapists to ensure holistic support. Training in PECS, Makaton or AAC is valued.
