About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Specialist to join their HR team in Wolverhampton . Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and policy violations.
• Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on complex employee relations matters.
• Develop and deliver training to managers on effective employee relations practices and conflict resolution.
• Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
• Work proactively to identify and address potential employee relations issues before they escalate.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or a senior HR role with a strong ER focus.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law, particularly related to disciplinary, grievance, and dispute resolution.
• Experience in conducting complex HR investigations and mediating workplace disputes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
