Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations into employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conduct issues.
• Provide expert guidance and support to line managers on employee relations best practices and legal compliance.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures related to employee conduct and workplace standards.
• Mediate disputes and facilitate constructive conversations between employees and management.
• Promote a positive and fair workplace culture through proactive engagement and education initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all employee relations activities and outcomes.

Requirements

• Significant experience in an Employee Relations or HR generalist role with a strong focus on ER.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application.
• Proven ability to conduct sensitive investigations and handle complex ER cases.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Discretion and a high level of professional integrity.
