Employee Relations Specialist – FE College
📍 Location: St Albans
💷 Pay: £28–£33 per hour

We’re seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join an established HR team within a Further Education (FE) college.
You’ll provide expert advice and support across a broad range of employee relations matters, working closely with managers to ensure fair, consistent and effective outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage a varied ER caseload, including disciplinary, grievance and absence matters
* Provide advice and guidance to managers on complex employee relations issues
* Support investigations and formal hearings
* Ensure processes are compliant with employment legislation and college policies
* Build strong relationships with managers and staff across the college
About you:
You’ll have solid employee relations experience, ideally within the education or public sector, with excellent communication skills and the confidence to advise managers at all levels.
