You will act as the client's trusted advisor, managing contracts, budgets, schedules and multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid London-based role.

The ideal candidate will have MRICS/MCIOB or a relevant degree and a 5+ year track record as an Employer's Agent on residential schemes, with strong commercial and contractual negotiation
