About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated Employment Law Solicitor to join their well-established team in Liverpool . This role focuses on providing comprehensive advice to employers on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, disputes, and compliance. You will manage your own caseload, represent clients in Employment Tribunals, and contribute to the development of proactive employment law strategies for businesses. Key Responsibilities

• Advise employers on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in Employment Tribunal claims and other dispute resolution forums.
• Conduct internal investigations and advise on disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and best practices.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years of experience in employment law , preferably acting for employers.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation and case law.
• Experience in handling Employment Tribunal litigation.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Ability to provide pragmatic and commercially focused advice.
