About the Role

A well-established law firm in Bradford is looking to recruit a dedicated Employment Law Solicitor to manage a diverse caseload for both employers and employees. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of employment legislation and a commitment to providing practical, commercially sound advice. You will handle a range of matters including dismissals, discrimination claims, settlement agreements, and advisory work, working within a supportive and friendly environment in West Yorkshire . Key Responsibilities

• Advise employers on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, policies, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Represent clients in employment tribunal proceedings, including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims.
• Draft and negotiate settlement agreements and employment contracts.
• Provide advice to individuals on employment disputes and severance packages.
• Conduct internal investigations and provide training to clients on employment law compliance.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in employment law.
• Sound knowledge of UK employment legislation and tribunal procedures.
• Experience advising both employers and employees is highly desirable.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Strong client care skills and the ability to build rapport.
