Key Responsibilities

• Advise on all aspects of UK employment law, including contracts, policies, disciplinary procedures, and dismissals.
• Represent the company in employment tribunal claims and other legal proceedings.
• Develop and implement fair and compliant HR policies and procedures across the organization.
• Provide training and guidance to managers and HR on employment law best practices.
• Conduct investigations into grievances and disciplinary matters, ensuring thoroughness and impartiality.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with substantial experience in employment law .
• Proven expertise in advising on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation and case law.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and work effectively within a hybrid work environment .
