Senior Employment Solicitor - 8+ PQE
Salary: Competitive
Location: Remote, with optional occasional office attendance in Central London
Hours: Part-time, flexible (3-4 days per week)

About the Role
A growing and forward-thinking law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its busy team.
The role focuses primarily on contentious employment matters , particularly discrimination and equality issues. The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base, including senior executives and commercial clients across sectors such as transport, marketing and technology.
About You
- 8+ years' PQE , ideally gained within a reputable regional or London firm.
- Strong contentious employment experience.
- Experience drafting and responding to Employment Tribunal claims.
- Experience preparing witness statements and managing disclosure.
- Confident advising and liaising directly with clients.
- Advocacy experience desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Able to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
- Comfortable contributing to business development activities.
