We’re working with a highly regarded and growing employment team looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor to its Birmingham office.

This is a great opportunity to join a respected practice advising major UK and international employers on a broad range of high-quality employment matters. You’ll work alongside experienced specialists, take ownership of your matters and have plenty of opportunity to develop your client relationships and profile.

What can you expect?

• A varied mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work
• Employment Tribunal litigation, including complex and high-profile disputes
• Day-to-day strategic employment and HR advice
• Restructures and large-scale workforce projects
• Exposure to unusual and interesting matters, including work involving foreign embassies
• Opportunities to work alongside leading KCs on complex Tribunal cases
• Involvement in client training, networking, legal updates and business development

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• 1+ years PQE in employment law
• Experience handling Employment Tribunal claims
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A proactive, commercial and collaborative approach
• Genuine enthusiasm for employment law and career progression
