Employment Solicitor
Bristol
A well-established national law are seeking to hire an experienced Employment Solicitor with at least 3 year's PQE to join their highly regarded employment.
This team advising on both claimant and respondent matters across both contentious and advisory matters.
The Role
You'll handle a broad range of employment disputes and commercially focused advice to clients. As an experienced member of the team, you'll also support junior members with technical guidance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising both claimant and respondent clients on contentious employment matters.
- Building strong relationships with insurer, business and individual clients.
Experience needed:
- Qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives (CILEX) with a minimum of 3 years PQE
- Strong background in employment litigation
You'll ideally have:
- Experience acting for both private and insurer clients
- Confidence liaising with insurer claims handlers and key stakeholders
