Job Title: Employment Solicitor / Associate Solicitor

Location: North West

Salary - Competitive DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Employment Solicitor / Associate Solicitor to join a growing and highly regarded employment team across the North West.

The Role

You’ll work across a broad range of commercial employment matters, including:

• Employment Tribunal litigation

• TUPE projects

• Corporate support work

• Day-to-day employment advice

• Managing your own client caseload

• Building and maintaining client relationships

• Supporting business development and growth initiatives

You’ll work alongside experienced employment lawyers within an established and expanding team, with plenty of opportunity to develop your technical expertise and commercial experience.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for an Employment Solicitor / Associate Solicitor with:

NQ - 4 years’ PQE with an employment law specialism

Strong technical knowledge of commercial employment law

Experience handling a varied caseload

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Strong organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities

A proactive, commercially minded approach

A collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute to the wider team
