Associate Employment Solicitor (3-6 PQE) | South East | Hybrid Working

Location: Sevenoaks, Kent
Working Pattern: Hybrid/Flexible

A leading UK law firm is seeking anAssociate Employment Solicitor to join its highly regarded and growing Employment team in the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious employment lawyer to work with a broad range of employer clients, senior executives and high-profile organisations.

Your role will involve advising onemployment law, including:

• Unfair dismissal
• Discrimination
• Redundancy
• Restructuring
• TUPE
• Settlement agreements
• Disciplinary and grievance matters
• Employment tribunal litigation
• Corporate transactional support

You will also assist with client training, business development and nurturing long-term client relationships.

You will ideally have3-6 years' PQE in employment law, strong technical expertise and a commercial approach to client service.
