The Role

• Advising on a broad range ofemployment law matters
• Supporting both claimant and respondent work (depending on experience)
• Handling your own caseload with supervision, alongside assisting senior lawyers on more complex matters
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified solicitor withNQ–3 years’ PQE in employment law
• Strong technical knowledge and a genuine interest in employment law
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Motivated, organised, and keen to develop professionally
