Employment Support Specialist – Hybrid, Impact-Driven

Gateshead Council is seeking an Employment Support Worker on a 12‑month fixed term contract to help adults with additional needs secure and sustain paid employment in the local community.

You will work in a person-centred way, supporting individuals to build confidence, develop skills and overcome barriers, with partnership input from families, employers and professionals. DBS is required for successful applicants.
