About You
- CTA qualified or working towards qualification
- Strong employment tax and/or global mobility experience
- Experience advising clients on employment tax compliance and advisory matters
- Experience with internationally mobile employees and cross-border assignments
- Knowledge of A1/CoC applications, SARP and share schemes desirable
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Commercial, proactive and committed to continued development
About Your New Role
Always
- Advise clients on employment tax, global mobility and social security matters
- Manage compliance and advisory projects for domestic and international clients
- Support cross-border employee assignments, including A1/CoC applications, SARP and share schemes
- Review personal tax returns for internationally mobile employees
- Support and mentor junior colleagues
- Deliver high-quality work within agreed deadlines
Often
- Collaborate with colleagues across service lines to deliver integrated client solutions
- Contribute to training, knowledge sharing and process improvements
- Support client proposals, pitches and business development
- Attend client meetings and develop strong client relationships
Occasionally
- Get involved in strategic projects and wider business initiatives
- Assist with developing new advisory opportunities
- Support the continued growth of the specialist Employment Tax team
- Work with international colleagues on cross-border projects
Never
- Be restricted to routine compliance work without the opportunity to get involved in interesting advisory projects.
