Empower Adults: Support Worker in Living & Community

Swanton Care in Telford is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people live independently in a supported living setting. You will assist with daily tasks, support community activities and promote autonomy, respect personal choices and wellbeing.

You will work across days, nights and weekends, with full-time hours, and you will complete records as part of a committed team. DBS check is required and referees must be provided.
