Midway Care Group are recruiting for Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities across the Midlands. You will help people develop and maintain daily living skills, identify needs, and build positive relationships with individuals, teams and the community.

Role includes supporting daily activities, participation in care plans, and respecting the rights and dignity of service users. We offer 35 hours per week, fully funded training, and benefits including access to BUPA 24/7
