Empowering Community Support Worker — Brain Injury Rehab

Brainkind is seeking a Community Support Worker for The Strand. You will help adults rebuild independence after brain injury by delivering person‑centred support and following tailored rehabilitation plans.

You’ll assist with daily living skills, meals, exercise and social activities, working with a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes. Full training is provided and the role is a full‑time 21‑hour contract.
