Empowering Complex Needs Night Support Worker

BCHA in the South West is seeking a Complex Needs Night Support Worker to make a meaningful difference in the lives of customers by providing caring, consistent support during night shifts.

You will work primarily at one site, collaborate with BCHA colleagues and external agencies, ensure building security and safety, and help prevent breaches of occupancy by calmly de-escalating incidents while upholding our values of integrity, respect and outstanding service.
