Empowering Day Opportunities Support Worker (Youth)

Hampshire County Council in Gosport is seeking a Day Opportunities Support Worker to help young adults with learning disabilities engage in personalised activities, promote independence and social inclusion, while ensuring safety and wellbeing.

You’ll provide support with daily living activities, assist with moving and positioning if needed, and help service users join local community projects, building confidence and meaningful friendships. Training is provided.
